Our beverage coolers are packed with export standard heavy-duty packaging to fully protect the cabinet from damage during long-distance transportation. Each unit is firstly wrapped with anti-scratch stretch film and shockproof foam all around the body, corners and edges. Then the whole machine is packed into strong solid wooden frame case with full fixation reinforcement.

 

Thickened foam padding is applied on all fragile parts including glass door, control panel and internal shelves. The outer package is marked with clear shipping marks, warning signs, product information and handling instructions. This solid packaging method can effectively prevent collision, extrusion damage, moisture and abrasion, which perfectly meets sea freight, air freight and land transportation requirements. All packages are sturdy enough for long-time global logistics delivery.

We support multiple international transportation ways according to customers' requirements, including sea freight, air freight and express delivery. We have long-term cooperative logistics forwarders with competitive freight cost and reliable transportation efficiency.

 

For bulk wholesale orders, we mainly arrange sea shipping to main worldwide ports. We are capable of arranging full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) shipment. Important Safety Precautions Before Installation

1. Ensure the installation environment meets the requirements: dry, well-ventilated, and away from direct sunlight, heat sources (e.g., stoves, radiators) and flammable materials.

1. The installation surface must be flat, stable, and able to bear the weight of the cooler (including full load of beverages).

1. Disconnect the power supply before installation. Do not plug in the power until the installation is completed.

1. Wear protective gloves during installation to avoid scratches from metal parts or glass.

1. Check the package for damage before unpacking. If the cabinet body, glass door, or components are damaged, do not install or use, and contact the supplier immediately.

Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Step 1: Unpack and Inspect the Product

1. Remove the outer wooden frame, stretch film, and foam packaging carefully using appropriate tools. Do not use sh arp tools to avoid damaging the cabinet surface or glass door.

1. Take out the main unit and all accessories (6 adjustable metal shelves, 4 casters, user manual, warranty card, etc.).

1. Inspect the cabinet body for scratches, dents, or deformation; check the glass door for cracks or damage; verify that all accessories are complete and undamaged.

Step 2: Install the Universal Casters

1. Place the cabinet horizontally on a stable and soft surface (e.g., carton or blanket) to avoid scratching the cabinet body.

1. Align the mounting holes of the 4 casters with the pre-drilled holes at the bottom of the cabinet.

1. Fix each caster tightly with the provided screws using a screwdriver. Ensure all casters are firmly installed without loosening (casters with brakes should be installed symmetrically for easy operation).

Step 3: Position the Cabinet

1. Move the cabinet to the predetermined installation location using the casters.

1. Use a level ruler to check if the cabinet is horizontal (both left-right and front-back directions). Adjust the height of the casters if necessary to keep the cabinet stable and prevent shaking during operation.

1. Maintain a minimum distance of 10cm from the back of the cabinet to the wall and 5cm from both sides to other objects to ensure proper heat dissipation of the cooling system.

1. Open the glass door and clean the interior of the cabinet with a dry, clean cloth to remove dust.
