Our beverage coolers are packed with export standard heavy-duty packaging to fully protect the cabinet from damage during long-distance transportation. Each unit is firstly wrapped with anti-scratch stretch film and shockproof foam all around the body, corners and edges. Then the whole machine is packed into strong solid wooden frame case with full fixation reinforcement.

 

Thickened foam padding is applied on all fragile parts including glass door, control panel and internal shelves. The outer package is marked with clear shipping marks, warning signs, product information and handling instructions. This solid packaging method can effectively prevent collision, extrusion damage, moisture and abrasion, which perfectly meets sea freight, air freight and land transportation requirements. Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Step 1: Unpack and Inspect the Product

1. Remove the outer wooden frame, stretch film, and foam packaging carefully using appropriate tools. Do not use sh arp tools to avoid damaging the cabinet surface or glass door.

1. Take out the main unit and all accessories (6 adjustable metal shelves, 4 casters, user manual, warranty card, etc.).

1. Inspect the cabinet body for scratches, dents, or deformation; check the glass door for cracks or damage; verify that all accessories are complete and undamaged.

Step 2: Install the Universal Casters

1. Place the cabinet horizontally on a stable and soft surface (e.g., carton or blanket) to avoid scratching the cabinet body.
